Madge (Castle in the Sky)

Madge is the daughter of Okami in Castle in the Sky and voiced by Tarako, Barbara Goodson (Streamline) and Debi Derryberry (Disney). Madge has a limited role in the film, appearing when the Dola Gang first attempt to capture Sheeta before being pulled inside her house by her mother. Later that evening, she is chasing a piglet with a broom when Pazu returns from Fort Tedus.

Personality[]

Madge seems very young, but she expresses frustration at not being able to watch the Dola Gang fight with the townspeople.

Biography[]

She is spotted for the first time at night at an inn. Here she is standing between two women. Pazū picks up Okami's food here for his boss Duffi. Her name is later mentioned by Pazū when Louis asks him about Sheeta. Madge is seen at her father Duffi's side when Charlie and Henri also ask him about Sheeta. However, her mother Okami pulls her into the house when it is revealed that the men are air pirates.

That night, Pazū returns home from Tedi's fortress to the mining town, where Madge calls out to him. The mother tells him that she has been worried about him. Madge overhears the conversation until Pazū runs away in frustration.

After the destruction of Laputa, it is unknown that she and her parents have heard that Pazu have been retire from being a miner as he will never return to Slag Ravine which means Sheeta is going back to valley of Gondoa with him, which makes Madge going to cry.
